3. Product Conditions and Descriptions

Products may be listed as brand-new, new with or without tags, open-box, gently pre-loved, or in another clearly stated condition.

I make reasonable efforts to inspect, photograph, measure, and describe each item accurately. Pre-loved items may show ordinary signs of previous use. Please review the entire description, condition information, measurements, and photographs before purchasing.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device’s display. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

4. Product Availability

Many products are available in limited quantities, and some may be one-of-a-kind. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An item is not secured until checkout is completed and payment is accepted.

Inventory errors may occasionally occur. If an ordered item is unavailable, you will be notified and the affected item will be canceled and refunded.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Discounts cannot be applied after an order is completed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may decline or cancel an order when there is suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, an incorrect price, an inventory error, a shipping restriction, or another reasonable business or legal concern.

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are packed and shipped from Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Erika’s Discount Closet is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Responsibility for a package after confirmed delivery is subject to applicable law and carrier policies. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the store promptly so the issue can be reviewed and, when appropriate, a carrier claim can be initiated.

Most sales are final because many items are discounted, pre-loved, limited in quantity, or one-of-a-kind.
